A few weeks ago we bid on, and won, a few items in an Asian Antique and Collectibles auction (more than a few items, but who's counting?). We were very excited about winning, but when we looked at our items up close, our excitement grew. A couple of vases, a blue and white brush pot, a dagger axe head, and a couple of dishes that might be Qingbai plates. I instantly thought about keeping everything (they are that beautiful), but Mardy reminded me of our agreement (we actually shook hands on this) - 'whatever we buy at auction, we sell'. However, before we sell them, we need to get them to an appraiser to determine how old they are.

Hopefully, soon, we will have these up for sale.
