Last Tuesday's 'estate, et al' auction had some very nice items, but unfortunately, we weren't able to get everything we bid on. We did get a few things, like a Royal Crown Derby cup and saucer, a Noritake Morimura talc bottle, and a Goebel figurine (might be a rarer figurine as we haven't been able to find too many like it - more research on this one).
We also bid and won a beautiful amethyst coloured, blown glass vase. This vase is stunning as the bottom is a mix of purple (amethyst), green sparkles (or it could be green glass with gold sparkles - it's hard to tell), as well as a clear layer of glass. This is another 'Sandra really wouldn't mind keeping this' item, but....
